Gift box orders including personalized items, as well as personalized Marketplace items, have a 2-4 business day production time. Standard shipping takes 1-5 business days for delivery.
Please note: Personalized orders with Expedited shipping options selected are NOT able to ship same day.
Custom match boxes and custom wedding candle favors do require longer processing times - please see product descriptions for details.
Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 8a - 4p EST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Our warehouse does not ship on the following holidays: MLK Jr Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.
Absolutely! You can order custom drinkware, personalized apparel, engraved jewelry, serving boards, custom candles, and so much more - all available for purchase a la carte in the Marketplace.
Currently, personalized products will come with the font exactly as shown in the product image. Select items, such as engraved serving boards, may offer a design choice. Please see individual product descriptions for details. If no choice is offered, the font will be as pictured.
